Robert B. White

President & CEO

Mr. White joined 1st Colonial on February 3rd, 2020, serving as President and CEO. Mr. White has spent 33 years in the banking and commercial finance industry, most recently serving as Chief Risk Officer at Customers Bank, an $11.5 billion asset bank headquartered in Wyomissing, PA. During his nine-and half-year tenure at Customers, he also served as President of Special Assets and Director of Corporate Development. He currently serves on the advisory board of the Fischer-Shain Center for Financial Services, Fox School of Business and Management at Temple University. Mr. White has been married to his wife, Kimberly, for 34 years and has two adult children. He enjoys playing golf and spending time at the beach.

Mary Kay Shea

Executive Vice President & CFO

Ms. Shea was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the bank in June 2020. Joining the bank in 2017, she has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From 2008 to June 2017, she was with Royal Bank America where she served as the Controller before rising to Chief Accounting Officer. A graduate of Boston College, Ms. Shea has more than 25 years in the banking industry. She resides in Williamstown with her husband, three children and mother, and enjoys going to her children’s ice hockey games, as well as theater and choir performances.
